KuCoin won't withdraw to new address

I told KuCoin about the address verification, but their crazy system will not allow a withdrawal unless the address has already appeared on chain. I have no coins in my wallet so I cannot send a tiny amount. Is there a way I can send a free message or something that doesn’t require RSK gas so that my address can appear on chain? Or can someone send a MINUTE amount, like a sat, so I can get started in this incredible ecosystem, PLEASE! RSK explorer
