Integration with Dash

Hello, I’m a non-technical person but had a general question as to what it would take for projects like Dash (with a 2nd layer masternode system for additional services) to integrate RSK? Has there ever been interest? I wouldn’t have the first idea where to even start such a conversation except here. At least with Dash there’s a robust treasury system that could be interesting and an incubator/bounty program as well. There’s some ongoing smart contract research right now: Trello. Here’s recent work on a data contract platform but does not have the type of functionalities that RSK would have: What is Dash?. Any potential collaborations possible?
