This is a proposal to implement EIP-7702 for account abstraction in Rootstock. This can lead to usability improvements. As with the original EIP-7702, this type of account abstraction can work with pre-existing infrastructure for smart wallet contracts, RIF-Relay, or ERC-4337 based services.

I want to add my vote for this, I am working on a name system on Rootstock and I really want to delegate key management to Account Abstraction and things that it enables like social recovery and fee sponsorship etc..

Thanks. Still WIP. Core devs have pushed an initial (and big) pull request. Some edge cases are now being resolved. Given the profound change this brings to EOAs we should factor in a lil extra time for testing and security review, but not too long
